    1. You can enter from the "Funding Account-Yubit Payment" or "More Services-Yubit Payment" entrance on the App or Web, click "Apply Now" and select the card type you need.

  6. How do I top up my card?

    1. The recharge currency is currently fixed at USDT. You can transfer funds from the "spot account" or "fund account" for recharge.

  7. How to activate the physical card?

    1. After receiving the card, use Yubit to scan the QR code that comes with the card, then enter the card number and complete the KYC verification to activate it successfully.

  8. What should I do if I forget my payment password or how to set it up?

When you first enter the "My Cards" page or activate the card, if you have not set a password, the system will pop up a settings window and require you to enter the same 6-digit number twice as the payment password. You can also click "Change Payment Password" in the "More" pop-up window to reset it.

  10. How can I view my transaction records?

    1. On the "My Cards" page, the last 10 transaction records (including consumption and recharge) will be displayed by default. Click "More" to jump to the complete transaction list.

  11. How long after applying for a card can it be approved?

    1. After the application is submitted, it will enter the review stage. After the review is approved or rejected, the system will send a reminder through the App push and notification center. If the review is rejected, you can check the reason and try to reapply.

  12. How to view the logistics information of a physical card?

    1. On the "Card Application Record" page, if the card status is updated to "Card has been mailed", you can click "View Logistics" to obtain the logistics code and courier company information.
