# 资金找回指南
作为全球领先的加密货币交易平台，**YUBIT 致力于保障用户资产安全**，并通过高效、专业的流程，协助用户在符合条件的情况下找回因操作失误导致的充值未到账资金。

#### 二、不适用于找回的情况
以下情形下平台**无法协助找回**：
* **错误地址**：若您将资金转入非 YUBIT 地址，且资金已从原账户转出，平台无法处理
* **转账给他人**：如为用户向第三方账户转账但未到账，该类交易不属于充值找回范围

### 三、找回类型、预计处理时长与费用（示例）
