# Notice on the Upgrade of YUBIT TradFi CFD Affiliate Rebate Settlement Mechanism

Dear Affiliate Partners,

As YUBIT TradFi CFD officially enters the era of **Ultra-Low Spreads**, the platform will simultaneously upgrade the TradFi CFD affiliate rebate settlement mechanism.

This upgrade will take effect on **June 8, 2026, at 00:00 (UTC+3)**.

#### I. Rebate Mechanism Adjustment

**Previous Rebate Model**

Affiliate rebates and user cashback were calculated based on the "Spread Base" of each asset category.

**New Rebate Model**

Affiliate rebates and user cashback will now be calculated based on the actual TradFi CFD trading commissions generated by users.

#### II. New Rebate Calculation Formula

**Affiliate Rebate**

Affiliate Rebate = Actual Trading Commission × Affiliate Rebate Rate

**User Cashback**

User Cashback = Actual Trading Commission × User Cashback Rate

#### III. Commission Charging Rules

Commission Calculation:

Commission = Number of Lots Traded × Asset Category Commission

Notes:

* Commissions are charged only when opening a position.
* No commission is charged when closing a position.
* Rebates will be automatically calculated after position closure and settled on a T+1 basis.

#### IV. New Commission Schedule

#### V. Rebate Example

Assume:

* Affiliate A rebate rate: 20%
* User B cashback rate: 10%
* User B opens 10 lots of XAUUSD
* XAUUSD belongs to the Precious Metals category
* Precious Metals commission: 11 USD per lot

Then:

Trading Commission Generated:

10 × 11 = 110 USD

Affiliate A Rebate:

110 × 20% = 22 USDT

User B Cashback:

110 × 10% = 11 USDT
