Derivatives Trading Rules

To ensure fair, transparent, and orderly trading, YUBIT has established the following rules for derivatives trading. These guidelines are designed to protect the legitimate rights and interests of all investors while maintaining market integrity.

1. General Principles

  • Derivatives trading carries risk. Users should carefully manage positions and margin ratios to avoid liquidation.

  • Severe market volatility may result in forced liquidation of all margin balances.

  • YUBIT does not assume responsibility for losses caused by derivatives trading.

  • YUBIT reserves the right to monitor account risk levels in real time and may take necessary measures to mitigate systemic or individual risks.

2. Risk Control Measures

Depending on your account’s risk level, YUBIT may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Restricting trading permissions (e.g., “Reduce-Only” mode).

  • Dynamically adjusting risk parameters based on market conditions.

  • Restricting high-risk users from transfers or trading.

  • Suspending rebates or commissions, freezing accounts, and other actions.

  • Identifying and penalizing illegal arbitrage behaviors (e.g., wash trading, commission farming, hedging abuse, or bonus abuse) using multi-dimensional risk detection.

3. Examples of Abnormal Trading Behavior

  1. High-Frequency / Malicious Fee Farming

    • Engaging in excessive trading purely to generate rebates or exploit fee mechanisms.

    • Any account with 50 or more trades per day (open + close = 1 trade) may be flagged.

    • Orders with abnormally short holding periods may trigger risk controls.

  2. Wash Trading / Hedging with Multiple Accounts (AB Accounts)

    • Opening long and short positions simultaneously in the same or correlated contracts to farm fees or rebates.

    • Frequent two-way positions within the same account.

    • Coordinated, non-standard transactions between related accounts.

  3. Ultra-Short-Term Scalping

    • Rapidly opening and closing positions in a highly patterned manner.

    • Completing 5 or more round-trip trades per day may be classified as ultra-short scalping.

  4. Other Market Manipulation Behaviors

    • Exploiting small-coin spreads for arbitrage.

    • Abusing platform loopholes or other unfair means that harm other users or YUBIT.

4. Important Notes

  • The above parameters are for reference only. YUBIT’s risk control system uses dynamic behavioral data for detection.

  • Final interpretation of violations rests solely with YUBIT.

  • If you have any questions, you may contact online customer support at any time.
