Funds Recovery Guide
YUBIT is committed to safeguarding user assets. In certain scenarios, we can assist with manual recovery of deposits that failed to credit due to user error. If you believe a deposit did not arrive, please contact YUBIT Customer Support to submit a recovery request. Each case is reviewed carefully to confirm eligibility.
1) When recovery is eligible
All of the following must be true:
The destination address on-chain is your own YUBIT deposit address.
The on-chain transaction status is “Confirmed/Success” and has reached the required confirmations.
2) When recovery is not eligible
Wrong/External address: Funds were sent to a non-YUBIT address (and have left the sender).
Transfers to third parties: You transferred assets to another person’s wallet/account (not a YUBIT deposit)—this is not considered a deposit recovery case.
3) Recovery types, timelines & fees (reference only)
Fees are charged only if recovery is successful or when a handling fee is required. Final timelines and fees will be confirmed by Support.

These are common cases. Actual processing times may vary depending on complexity. The Support team’s final evaluation applies.
4) How fees are paid (if applicable)
Contact official YUBIT Support to obtain the correct YUBIT fee-collection address.
Transfer the fee in full to the address provided.
Wait for processing; Support can update you on progress.
Security tip: Only transfer to addresses provided by official Support. Do not send funds to any third-party or unofficial address.
5) How to apply
Prepare and submit to Support:
Your YUBIT UID
Token/chain, amount, and deposit address
Transaction ID (HASH)
A brief description of what happened (and screenshots, if available)
6) Important notes
All recovery requests must be initiated through YUBIT’s official Support channels.
YUBIT will make best efforts, but due to technical, operational, and on-chain constraints, recovery is not guaranteed.
Users are ultimately responsible for their funds. Always verify the token, network, and address before depositing.

This guide covers general scenarios. Actual timelines may be longer for complex cases. Fee standards may be adjusted based on operational costs and market changes. Final interpretation rights belong to YUBIT.
