Why Hasn’t My Withdrawal Been Processed?

Cryptocurrency withdrawals go through three stages: system review → blockchain confirmation → crediting on the receiving platform.

YUBIT Processing

YUBIT will normally generate a transaction hash (TXID) within 10–15 minutes. Once the TXID appears in your withdrawal record, it means YUBIT has already completed the transfer and broadcast the transaction to the blockchain.

Blockchain Confirmation

The time required for your withdrawal to be confirmed depends on the blockchain:

  • Each network requires a different number of confirmations.

  • Different receiving platforms may also have their own confirmation requirements.

  • Network congestion, caused by heavy transaction volume, can sometimes delay confirmations.

You can use the Transaction ID (TXID) to check the real-time status of your withdrawal on the blockchain.

Important Notes

  • If the blockchain shows “Unconfirmed,” please wait until the confirmation process is complete.

  • If the blockchain shows “Confirmed” but the funds have still not arrived, and YUBIT has already completed the transfer, please contact the customer support team of the receiving platform for assistance.

How to Check Withdrawal Details and Progress

Enter your TXID on the relevant blockchain explorer to view the progress of your withdrawal:
