How to Close My Account
If you no longer wish to use YUBIT, you can permanently delete your account through the official website or the YUBIT App. Please note that account deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access it, and all transaction history and data will be permanently removed.
Deleting Your Account via App
Log in to the YUBIT App and go to Profile Center.
Select Settings, then scroll down to Delete Account.
Tap Confirm to complete the process.
⚠️ Important Reminder:
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Please ensure you have withdrawn all assets and saved any necessary records before deleting your account.
