How to Unbind 2FA Authenticator
In some situations, you may need to unbind your authenticator (2FA), such as when changing devices, losing access to your authenticator app, or updating your security settings. YUBIT allows you to complete this process directly via the Web platform or the App. If you cannot unbind on your own, our Support team can assist after verifying your account details.
Web Unbinding Guide
Log in to the official website: www.yubit.com.
Click your profile icon → Account & Security.
Locate Authenticator and click Unbind.
Enter the verification code to complete the process.
Important Notes
If your account is only linked to email or only to mobile, we recommend linking both to ensure you can unbind 2FA smoothly in the future.
If you are unable to unbind normally, please provide the following details to YUBIT Support for verification:
6-digit application code
UID (User ID)
Time of your last transaction (accurate to the minute)
Once verified, Support will help you complete the unbinding process.
App Unbinding Guide
Open the YUBIT App → Tap the grid icon (top-left) → Common Functions → Account Security → Tap Authenticator.
Request both email and SMS verification codes.
Enter the codes and tap Submit.
Important Notes
As with the web process, we recommend linking both email and mobile for account safety.
If you are unable to unbind normally, please provide the following details to YUBIT Support:
6-digit application code
UID (User ID)
Time of your last transaction (accurate to the minute)
✅ Once unbound, your authenticator will be disabled. For your account’s security, please re-enable a new authenticator as soon as possible.
