What Should I Do If I’m Not Receiving Emails?

If you are unable to receive official emails from YUBIT, please try the following steps:

  1. Confirm your email address Ensure you are logging into the email account that is registered with YUBIT.

  2. Check your spam or other folders Sometimes YUBIT emails may be filtered into the spam, junk, or other folders. If you find YUBIT emails there, please mark them as “Not Spam” and add YUBIT’s email address to your whitelist.

  3. Verify your email client settings Check whether your email client can normally send and receive emails. Review your server settings to confirm that no firewall or antivirus software is blocking YUBIT messages.

  4. Check your mailbox storage If your mailbox has reached its storage limit, you will not be able to send or receive new emails. Free up space by deleting older emails.

  5. Use mainstream email providers For better reliability, we recommend using widely supported email services such as Gmail or Outlook.
